It’s been a couple of months since Printing United Expo 2022 in Las Vegas, but we wanted to share this interview conducted on the trade show floor with PageDNA CEO, Steve Enstad. During the interview, Steve discussed a couple of trends that PageDNA has observed in 25 years of print automation.
Trend #1: Now, more than ever, it’s critical for businesses to be successful online, and this goes beyond simply having an online solution. Having success online means getting users to use your solution and become raving fans of your platform.
Trend #2: Many printers are unhappy with incomplete or partially-implemented solutions, leading to a lot of frustration for both them and their customers.
So what is PageDNA doing about these trends to ensure customer success?
What we’ve learned through 25 years of continuous improvement is that customers need more than just software. They need thought leadership, help with implementation, help with user adoption, and sales support (especially those commercial printers out in the field). If their customers don’t embrace the solution and make it their own, we call that “shelfware” and this is fatal for any type of business.
