PageDNA is very sensitive to privacy issues on the Internet. We believe it is important you know how we treat the information you may provide to us.

Unless prominently and specifically stated otherwise, the information you provide is never shared outside of PageDNA. We transfer end-user ordering data to our customers, the brokers and manufacturers, as is required to complete the order.

This privacy statement applies only to information collected by web addresses in the PageDNA.com, www.nationsprint.com and other domains, hereafter referred to collectively as PageDNA.

How We Gather Information

To save you time and make our web services even easier to use, you may create a PageDNA portal account using your personal information. You may do this by visiting http://www.PageDNA.com. The PageDNA portal system saves your information and ties it to your email addresses and password. The next time you visit the PageDNA website, you can simply enter your email address and password the system will automatically look up the information it needs.

If you purchase a product or service from us, we request certain personally identifiable information from you on our order form. You must provide contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you. We also use the mailing address to send you conference brochures and other items of interest. We don’t mail out unsolicited brochures or mail to our customers, currently, and will never send that information out to end users.

Right to Erasure

In accordance with GDPR regulations, citizens of the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA) have the right to request erasure of their personal data. Requests for erasure, including the grounds for erasure, may be made to success@pagedna.com. PageDNA will respond to requests within 30 days.

Records of Processing Activities

As is true of most Web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. This information may include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, referring/ exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and clickstream data.

We use this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the site, to track users movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole.

Data Retention

Printable content remains on the system for 18 months. Printable content is deleted by an internal software service that removes content files whose creation date is more than 18 months prior to the current date. This deletion service is run daily. Print order information remains on the system indefinitely.

Cookies

When you log into your PageDNA portal account you may select the “Remember me” check box to set a persistent cookie to store your password, so you dont have to enter it more than once. You can remove the portal login cookie by clicking the “Logout” link.

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on a users computer for record-keeping purposes. We do use cookies on this site. PageDNA may use both session ID cookies and/or persistent cookies. We use session cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our site. A session ID cookie expires when you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains on your hard drive for an extended period of time. You can remove persistent cookies by following directions provided in your Internet browsers help file.

If you reject cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some areas of our site will be limited. The PageDNA Hub and Profile sites require the use of cookies for session information.

How We Protect Your Personal Information

PageDNA safeguards the security of the data you send us with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures. Likewise, we urge you to take every precaution to protect your personal data when you are on the Internet. Change your passwords often, use a combination of letters, numbers and symbols, and make sure you use a secure browser.

The PageDNA website uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet. On some areas of the PageDNA web site, users do have the option to use a non-SSL connection. We do this for compatibility for older browsers in constrained contexts.

When you enter credit card information on the PageDNA web site, we do not store credit card numbers on our servers. Credit card numbers are submitted to a credit card authorization service. This service provides PageDNA with credit card validation information only. We do not have access to your personal financial data.

Newsletters And Promotional Email

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and promotional communications from PageDNA, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at support@pagedna.com.

Links To Other Sites

The PageDNA web site contains links to other sites that are not owned or controlled by PageDNA. Please be aware that PageDNA is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. We encourage you to be aware when you leave our site and to read the privacy statements of each and every web site that collects personally identifiable information.

Information Obtained From Third Parties

PageDNA does not sell or trade your personal information. We may at times receive contact lists from other organizations. We may send mailings such as brochures to these addresses. Typically, these are one-time mailings, and the data is not entered into our database. If you want to remove yourself from the third partys database, you must contact them directly. These mailings have a brochure code printed on the mailing label. By providing this code, we may be able to tell you from where we received your contact info.
