PageDNA just wrapped our most active PRINTING United Expo ever. Over three days in Las Vegas—Wednesday through Friday, September 23–25—we met customers, vendors, resellers, and partners in booth N6507 and left the floor more energized about the year ahead than we have in a long time.
PageDNA Team in Action at the Show
The theme on the floor was the same one we have been living all year: Launch. Automate. Succeed. Conversations kept coming back to what actually separates PageDNA—support, the way we implement, and the features teams use every day. That is the story we told, and it is the story people wanted to hear.
Fiery, Live
A few days before the show we announced our Fiery integration. In Las Vegas, Jon Benditz, Vice President of Customer Success, put it on the table: live, end-to-end demonstrations from storefront to Fiery Command WorkStation. Approved work, job details, and production instructions moving into a real queue—not a slide deck. The feedback was strong, and so were the suggestions for where to take the connection next.

What’s Next on the Platform
We also debuted a high-level look at the 2027 product roadmap. The work ahead is about making the storefront a stronger front end for the systems shops already run: expanding the REST API beyond today’s order retrieval so MIS, ERP, and custom applications can reach more of the platform over time; pursuing SOC 2 Type II so customers have independently audited proof that our security, availability, and confidentiality controls hold up in everyday use; closer connections from ordering into production and shop systems of record; more payment and sales-tax partner options at checkout, including education and multi-location programs; more day-to-day control inside Order Manager; and more flexible authentication for mixed user populations.
That is the outline, not the playbook. Timing, scope, and how each item lands for a given shop will go out in the upcoming customer newsletter. If you are already on the list, watch for that issue.
Topgolf, and the People Who Make This Worth Doing
Our customer and vendor appreciation night at Topgolf was a hit. Equipment manufacturers, long-term customers, software partners, and raving-fan end users were all in the same room—internal print shops such as Val Verde School District, and long-term customers such as Zimmermann Printing from Wisconsin. Nights like this are a reminder of why the company exists: our customers’ and partners’ success.
