Online Project Management Tool
We provide you and your team an online professional project management tool, which standardizes the process and provides real-time, automated status updates on your project for all stakeholders. With this tool we will establish centralized communication, and everyone will understand what their role is on the project – and be given the ability to update the project and status on a granular basis.
We host short weekly meetings for checking in, plus give you a bit of self-directed work for your team between meetings. If you want to speed up – we can do so. During onboarding, you will be given access to the Learning Center and the online Knowledge Base, so you begin to prepare for self-reliance, post launch.
