Implementation Manager

PageDNA is a full-featured web-to-print platform that provides eCommerce storefronts to well-known corporate organizations. We’re looking to add an Implementation Manager to the team that provides implementation services and technical support to PageDNA’s web-to-print customers and internal teams.

Requirements, Work Hours and Location

This is a full-time position and is open to citizens and resident aliens of the United States. We cannot sponsor work visas at this time. You can be located anywhere in the US provided you have a quiet home office with internet access and that you can work 8 hour days on Weekdays, including coverage during PageDNA’s core sales hours of 7AM to 1PM Pacific time.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customer implementations and participate in the continuous improvement of the implementation processes
  • Perform basic Professional Services tasks, such as editing online forms, building digital storefront catalog items as well as variable templates, and setting up digital ecommerce storefronts
  • Communicate directly with internal and external stakeholders as needed
  • Create tickets for internal departments as needed (i.e. Support and Development)
  • Participate in initial and ongoing training modules
  • Perform all duties in accordance with established procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement of Professional Services policies, procedures, and tools
  • Complete other tasks as directed
Requirements
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of Python programming language
Not Required, but Helpful
  • Strong working knowledge of CSS and HTML
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or Google Apps
  • Knowledge of commercial print prepress and production
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Smartsheet
Salary and Benefits
  • Base Salary: $60,000 – $80,000 per year
  • Paid Time Off: Starts accruing from day 1 at 3 weeks per year. Additional 2 days per year up to a max of 29 days per year
