Overview: An active PageDNA account in good standing is required to obtain support. Product orientation materials and online documentation are available to prospective customers during their 30-Day Trial; however, activation is required to access support. Philosophy: PageDNA is primarily a software tools developer and our goal is to provide the best storefronts, workflow, and automation for the print marketplace at the best possible price. We emphasize self-reliance on the part of our customers so we provide a wealth of technical documentation and learning materials to help you on the way. Please note: we support you, the print provider - manufacturer, distributor, broker, in-house plant - we do not and cannot support the end-user customers directly.

Best Practices: In order to provide reliable, measurable support, we ask customers to contact support via email at moc.andegap@troppus or web forms. Please reserve calls for issues that you have first tried to resolve via our established support channel.

What browsers do you support?

IE 6, 7 and 8; FireFox 2 and 3; Safari 3 and 4. Other modern browsers may work as well!

Can you support multiple locations? multiple organizations?

An account entitles you to multiple locations, but only one organization, with respect to support.

I'm based overseas. Can I still get support?

Yes, there are timezone challenges of course. Also please note our scheduled maintenance windows.

Will you sign an NDA?

PageDNA's privacy policy governs the majority of it's relationships with customers but from time to time we will enter into a Non-Disclosure Agreement to add additional protections for sensitive data about a customer or relationship.
