We also provide ongoing training to insure that our customers stay current with the software offering or if they just want to refresh their existing knowledge base.

Production Services:

Do you have more projects than people? Complex variable print? Our experienced staff can help. We provide a written quote and a timeline before we begin so you can be assured that your project will be on time and within budget.

Data Services:

Import & export data to keep your storefronts running smoothly and in-sync with other systems with minimum effort. We can automate nightly import feeds and provide just-in-time data feeds.

Third-Party Integration:

Work seamlessly with large enterprises via cXML, Single-Sign On (SSO), and other XML data exchange protocols. Interface with your own accounting and backend systems to save keystrokes and avoid transcription errors.

Training:

We offer training to customers at all skill levels and in a wide range of formats. These include group online training via GoToMeeting, video tutorials, and a comprehensive documentation library. Individualized training sessions are also available for a fee.

What tools do I need?

You will need a modern browser (Safari, Chome, Firefox, IE 7 or better), a high-speed internet connection, and native publishing applications to prepare artwork as necessary for variable print items.

What skills do I need to succeed?

A working knowledge of the PageDNA storefront application is essential. For variable print, pre-press application experience is critical. For Quotes storefronts, knowledge of your internal cost estimating is critical.

How long does it take to build a typical storefront?

Actual storefront configuration times are measured in hours or a few days. Having said that; collecting specs, preparing artwork, communicating with customers, and testing can take more time. Our experience is that a typical storefront configuration from beginning to end takes 1-2 weeks. Please check with staff to find out lead times.
