Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your service, PageDNA will stop all charges (pro-rated) at the time cancellation is requested. You will receive one final invoice following cancellation for any charges incurred up to the point of cancellation.
Unless requested, we will delete all of your ordering sites and order data permanently within 45 days of cancellation. This includes site configuration data, styles, forms, order history (reports) and files. It is your responsibility to archive anything you need from your sites before cancellation. We will also shut your logins off immediately.
You may request:
- immediate removal (eg to comply with security restrictions)
- for an increased length of time for data to be preserved. If your account is in good standing at the time of cancellation, we will keep your site data for up to 120 days in anticipation of your return. The sites will be active, but not in live or test mode.
- for messages / redirects to other URLs on the sites (eg to point users to a different ordering system)
Lastly, we can provide you access to the PageDNA general demo sites and sales support materials, but sales support is reserved for live, paying customers in good standing.
If you choose to return:
We will not re-charge our activation fee (currently $1000) or fees charged to date to activate features (example: imposition) you paid for, but only if you re-activate within 18 months of date of cancellation and if you were in good standing at the time of cancellation.
How to cancel:
Email billing@PageDNA.com and request account cancellation and indicate your company name and contact information. Retrieve any artwork/order information from the sites before cancelling. If desired, request redirect URLs and either: immediate removal of sites, delayed removal of sites. We will be in touch within 2 business days to coordinate on next steps. The date of request is used in calculating fees, not the date we reply.
