PageDNA storefronts are built for print. The store that you will build with our software is at the center of our application. It comes with full e-commerce capabilities as you would expect, but additionally our storefronts are designed to handle the unique item types and workflows of the print marketplace.
How it works
- Create a storefront Choose a theme and customize it to your needs or design your own with CSS support.
- Add products Add custom, variable, or static items one at a time, or use clone & upload tools for greater efficiency.
- Set print workflow Each storefront can be set up with unique approval & order routing.
- Pick e-commerce options Choose from a full array of e-commerce options from shipping, to tax, to payment.
- Go Mark your storefront “Live” and begin capturing orders.
Catalogs – product display options for your storefront
- Flexible Layout Options Setting catalog display options in PageDNA is a snap. Choose between lists or photo galleries, add tabs, and product details as needed.
- Filtering With or without explicit permissions, item filtering allows you to set up discrete catalogs within a single storefront.
- Search For larger catalogs, add the search option to allow your customers to find what they're looking for more quickly.
- Saved Orders If customers need to leave before checking out, the PageDNA catalog allows them to save orders so they can come back later.
Profiles – user management, permissions, digital asset management, budgets
- User Management User management is a key attribute of any private or public e-commerce store. PageDNA provides a multi-tiered permissions-based user management system with user profiles.
- Order by proxy By storing user profiles including name, title, contact information and associated digital assets, PageDNA storefronts allow for order by proxy – be they office admins, personal assistants, or managers.
- Photo / Signature / Logo upload Many digital assets – a personal photo, signature, or certification/awards logo is easier to store once in a profile than to upload ad hoc for each order.
- Budgeting Setting budgets for users is a powerful tool for managing print spend. It tells stakeholders how much they have to spend and allows managers to budget for print.
Workflow – moving orders through buyer and print provider organizations
- Approval routing Orders can be routed to single or multiple approvers with or without editing capabilities
- Approval Triggers Order approvals can be set by a company division or address list, by manager, cost centers, or other parameters.
- Order delivery A single storefront can deliver orders to multiple vendors using different delivery methods
e-Commerce – the full suite of standard features
- Credit cards Adding a credit card payment option to your storefront is easy with PageDNA
- Shipping PageDNA storefronts come with built-in Fed Ex and UPS shipping rate calculation. Additionally, we support other carriers with a full suite of shipping tools and integrations.
- Tax PageDNA subscribes to a tax database provider to allow for instant calculation of all US and Canadian taxes. The rates are updated monthly.
- Security all stores are protected by SSL certificates and scanned by McAfee daily.
- Your own domain name Use any domain name with your online store. If you don’t have a domain, use the free .pageDNA.com domain we create for you during signup.
