Features: Integrations

There are systems both within your business and your customers that predate, compliment, or overlap the PageDNA application. Our storefronts interoperate with procurement systems inside your customers and pass data to and from your print MIS, ERP, and accounting systems.

Procurement Systems – working with large enterprise systems

  • Advanced Commerce PageDNA has extensive experience with cXML – an open Internet-based standard for e-commerce – which has been used since the late 1990s to facilitate the purchase of a wide variety of products.
  • Punchout This is the term for a common integration between vendor catalogs and cXML systems
  • Who uses cXML? Systems built on the cXML standard are sold by companies like Ariba, Oracle, and Ketera to large companies and the Fortune 500 to automate the purchasing function.
  • OCI We have integrated with the SAP e-commerce standard.
  • Affordable Solution Because PageDNA has a wealth of experience and “ready-to-go” implementations, our integration prices are very reasonable.

Print MIS Systems – we can stream order data into your production environment

  • Print Ecosystem Print MIS systems tend to specialize – large shop, small shop, digital shop, letter shop – so we are reaching out to these systems to integrate when our customers have a need.
  • Standing Integrations Currently, PageDNA has standing integrations with EPMS, Promail, Kramer/Smilko, and Quantum.
  • Others We are asked from time to time to integrate with other Print MIS systems. Let us know if you would like to introduce us to your MIS vendor.

Accounting – make invoices fast

  • Quickbooks The PageDNA QB-Bridge is a standing integration between PageDNA storefronts and your Quickbooks accounting application to seamlessly create invoices from online orders. A step-by-step wizard guides you through the setup.
  • Navision Microsoft Dynamics (Navision) is a mid-level ERP and accounting system. PageDNA has developed an integration so that our storefronts can create orders within Navision.

More

  • Single Sign On PageDNA storefronts support this type of access control of multiple, related, but independent software systems because it reduces time, password fatigue, and IT support.
  • XML order export XML is the new connective tissue between disparate systems. PageDNA uses XML export order and shipping data.
  • Shipping data integration When you ship enough orders that keystroking is not an option, PageDNA allows for you to upload your shipping data files into their storefronts
  • Inventory XML integration With Inventory XML integration, PageDNA keeps inventory counts synched between its storefronts and your backend systems.
