Everything you need to run online print stores is built into the PageDNA application. The hub is your starting point for building a new storefront. Each storefront has it’s own configuration menu where you can add products, set the look and feel, and choose from an array of workflow and e-commerce options.

The Hub – the administration control panel for your account

  • Account Dashboard The hub is primarily your account dashboard. You can view details about your storefronts, generate reports, access PageDNA support, and other important functions here.
  • Tools Imposition and the Font Loader are found on the hub; find quick statistics on all your ordering storefront sites with the Site List Details.
  • Start a new Site When you wish to start a new storefront, you start at the hub - a few quick options will have you up and ready to go within seconds.
  • User Admin Add, delete and update user profiles across multiple storefronts in once central location

  • Self-Administration benefits Controlling your own destiny, responding quickly to customers, and saving money, are just a few of the benefits customers cite about why a self-administered storefront is important to them.
  • Typical admin functions Adding, modifying, deleting items, changing the storefront look and feel, and adding e-commerce capabilities such as tax, shipping, and credit cards is a snap in PageDNA.
  • Advanced functions Building templates for variable data products is the only administrative task requiring specialized skills and software. Building templates is best handled by reasonably skilled pre-press or design staff with access to and experience in design products from Adobe systems.
  • Other functions Creating ad hoc, saved, or scheduled reports, and managing orders for your customers are some of the other functions under the hood of any PageDNA storefront.

Order Management – Command Center for your business

  • Approval management Reliable and flexible order delivery, Approve, deny, or cancel orders, Resend orders to vendors, Regenerate artwork (e.g. old order data through an updated template)
  • Shipping management Post credit cards for shipped orders, Resend approval reminders to managers, Reassign orders to other approvers
  • Reporting Inspect & deliver reports across orders, items and supports dozens of data columns, date constraints and many other ways to filter, producing exactly the data needed.
